Founded in 2015 by Griffin Schiller, FilmSpeak is an extension of the film and television YouTube channel of the same name where we like to say that the conversation continues after the credits.

What started out as a group of friends digging deep into the weeds after midnight screenings, soon transformed into a professional, trustworthy, and reliable source for thoughtful and exclusive insight, analysis, and interviews behind the entertainment you love.

Since the beginning, our mission has always been to bring balance to film/tv discourse by shining a light on independent productions, prestige pictures, and auteur-driven works while adding thoughtful commentary/critique to Hollywood's biggest releases.

To put it simply, FilmSpeak is a place for everyone; where cinephiles, casuals, action junkies, MCU & DCEU Stans, Potterheads, and MORE can come together and have a conversation about the media they love.
